An 85 m² holiday flat in a 1985 block in Punta Prima (postcode 07711), Sant Lluís. The British owner, based in Surrey, heard guest complaints about noise from adjacent units through both 9 cm brick party walls. Airbnb rating had dropped to 3.8 stars across 47 reviews, with 12 explicit mentions of noise.

We installed 28 linear metres of 98/600 decoupled drywall partitions (double 13 mm Placo BA13 + 70 mm Rockwool 70 kg/m³ + anti-vibration strips) on both party walls, plus a Vibrafix anti-vibration false ceiling in the master bedroom (14 m²) against impact noise from the upstairs flat.
